Everything was clean and everyone was nice and caring

Top-Notch Service and Friendly Staff: I recently had my first appointment at this office and I was very impressed! The receptionist was fantastic. They not only helped me schedule my appointment smoothly, but also made transferring my files from my previous doctor's office a breeze. As someone new to this type of doctor, I felt a little apprehensive. However, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions, which put me right at ease. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional and friendly healthcare provider.

Dr. Arvie Collins and staff are always pleasant and professional. I have been a patient of his for years and each visit he takes his time to answer any questions I have and listens to my concerns. I appreciate that and he makes sure he takes care of any issues I may have. He is a wonderful asset to Prisma Health.

I'm so very thankful they got me in quickly and talked me through the whole process.

Dr. Collins is a fantastic OB/GYN. He is very respectful, professional, and always finds a way to make an uncomfortable appointment feel more comfortable through good conversation. I have never had a bad experience with him as a provider.

Hi there, my wait was, my overall experience was very good. However, my wait, I waited over an hour for my provider to see me ,and that was not a fault of his or the office. It just seemed understaffed. So other than that it was a great experience. I appreciate it.

I love it there and will miss going in every month to see the doctors an the ladies. They become like family!

Dr Collins was very nice. I like that he takes time with you and talk to you as a real person.

I've been coming to doctor collins OBGYN for over 3 years, now I love coming there.

This was a first time visit for me. While the actual exam is never something I would be comfortable with, everyone I interacted with was so warm and kind which helped calm my nerves. Dr. Collins was very kind and explained everything well. I appreciated that he took time to hear me out and is really looking into my situation rather than blaming it all on my weight and brushing it off

Dr. Collins, was by far the most personable, nicest doctor, I think I've ever been to. After being around him for less than 5 minutes, I felt like I known him all my life. He was just easier to talk to, he was, his bed side manner was absolutely perfect. Now, the girl that was doing the registration in her office when I first went in the... the office was dark, she did not have the light on, and she was not extremely personable, and she was also, the one I checked out with the office light was off. The office was dark, and she was not very personable, but the doctor, Dr. Collins, was absolutely the best. Thank you so much.
